Holywell Town kicked off the season by going nap at local rivals Denbigh Town, Steve Lewis gave them a fifth minute lead which was cancelled out by a Jake Eyre goal four minutes before the break. The last action of the first half saw Denbigh's Craig Pritchard dismissed for a dangerous tackle. The second half was one way trafic as Lewis added a second for Holywell, Jamie McDaid netted a double including a penalty and Sean Tuck added a fifth.

It was a tale of two penalties at Rhyl as they shared the points with Guilsfield. Asa Hamilton gave the Guils a fifty third minutes lead from the spot and Mark Connolly netting a penalty on sixty six miutes

There were also two penaltys at Porthmadog the first of which was saved by Gresford Athletic's Mike Platt to keep the score level at half time, Gresford conceded a second penalty in the second half in an incided that saw Gresford's Simon Smith sent off. Joe Chaplin converted and a late goal from Chris Jones clinched the points for Porth

Caersws and FC Queens Park shared four goals, Ross Stephens opened the scoring after four minutes for Cws with Heder Ramos levelling for Park before the break. A Sean Reece Edwards goal put Park ahead after seventy two minutes only for Rhydian Davies to earn Cws a point eight minutes from time
