Llanrhaeadyr YM and Denbigh Town also failed to find the back of the net in the first half with Iwan Matthews scoring the only goal of the game after sixty-eight minutes

Ruthin Town were the days highest scorers as they beat visitors Prestatyn by four goals to two. Tom Williams gave Ruthin a fourth minute lead with Alex Jones making the score level four minutes before the break. Llyr Morris restored Ruthin’s lead nine minutes into the second half only for Ben Maher to equalise a minute later. Tom Williams restored Ruthin’s lead on seventy minutes and Iian Hughes netted their fourth from the penalty spot seven minutes later
