Denbigh Town finished their season with a win to take them out of the bottom three, they now must wait to see their final league position. They led three nil at the break against visitors Llanrhaeadr YM thanks to a Mark Roberts hattrick, the only goal in the second half came from YM’s Kyham Wytton penalty in they eightieth minute

The game of the day saw Penrhyncoch come from behind three times to share six goals with visitors Holywell Town, both sides looking to avoid finishing in the bottom three. Danny Dobbins opened the scoring for Town in the twentieth minute, Jon Folingo netting Penrhyn’s equaliser four minutes before the break only for Damian Ketley to put the visors ahead again on the stroke of half time. It was all square again ten minutes into the second thanks to Cledan Davies goal. Eight minutes from time Matty Hughes put Holywell ahead for the third time only for Stef Davies to earn Penrhyn a share of the points with an added-on time equaliser

The two teams in contention for the runners up spot both lost. Porthmadog lost two nil at home to Guilsfield with Luke Francis and goal machine Danny Barton getting Guilsfield’s goals in the first half

Flint Town United led one nil at half time in their game at Bangor City, Mark Cadwallader on target but two second half Robbie Parry goals gave City the points
