Paul Pritchard Goalkeeper 

Top quality keeper and U18 Welsh International.Experience with Welsh Premier clubs ,Warrington Town in the Northern Premier league , Caernarfon Town and most recently with Holyhead Hotspur . Commands his area well,confident and assured and keeps defenders on their toes.

Gruff John Williams Defender Midfield 

First played for Port in 2012, having signed from CPD Llanrug with whom he won caps at U-18 Schools level for Wales. A genuine utility player, Gruff is equally at home anywhere along the back four or in midfield. One of the most promising young players in the area he is cool under pressure and strong going forward. Developing into a dangerous free kick specialist around the box scoring some dramatic goals. He is already making his mark on the Cymru Alliance and by the start of the current season he has totalled 130 (+14) appearances for the club. Has a degree in Sport, Health and Physical Education from Bangor University.

Josh Banks Defender

Starting his fifth season at the Traeth, having joined Port from Welsh Alliance club Pwllheli in October 2012. An experienced pacy defender who loves to attack and is also good in the air. After making an immediate impression at the Traeth he has developed into one of the best attacking left backs in the Cymru Alliance. In his five seasons at the Traeth he has played 135(+5) games for the club.

Tomas Emlyn Defender.

Older brother of Ifan Emlyn ,he signed for Port in September 2017 on his return from Scotland where he was a student at the University of Stirling where he played his football representing the University. He has a lot of energy with his attacking runs from right back.

Iddon Price Defender / Midfield 

Returned to Porthmadog in October 2014 from CPD Penrhyndeudraeth, a club he helped gain promotion to the Welsh Alliance First Division. He can play in midfield or at the back. But last season he established himself as a central defender enjoying an outstanding season which resulted in him being names the supporters Player of the Season. He is a strong, highly effective defender who is not easily outpaced and his experience in midfield has led to many Port moves starting with his accurate passes. In his 3 seasons at the Traeth he has played 83 (+1) games for the club.

Ryan Taylor Defender/ Midfield.

First season with Porthmadog . After a couple of years playing football in New Zealand, Ryan returned to captain Bodedern Athletic to the Gwynedd league title . Played for Holyhead Hotspur last season . This speedy left sided attacker will cause a number of problems to any defence.

Ceri James Midfield 

First arrived at the Traeth in June 2009, returning in June 2012. He has played 92 (+18) WPL matches for Porthmadog and Welshpool and also represented Llandyrnog United, Denbigh Town and Melville United in New Zealand. He left Porthmadog for New Zealand in January 2010, where he was an instant success for the Northern League club and voted players player of the year in 2011. Directs play from central midfield with good close control and excellent distribution.

Rob Evans Midfield

Re-joined Porthmadog in August 2013 from Caersws, having previously played 13 WPL games for the club on loan from Aberystwyth in 2009/10. He is a skilful, inventive midfielder from Dolgellau who loves to run at defences and has an eye for goal. Has also played at right back when necessary. Has played 90 (+14) HGA games for Port. He started his career in the Aberystwyth academy coming through the reserves before making 30 (+28) WPL appearances for the club. He has also played for Bala in WPL.

Gareth Jones Evans   Midfield

Re-joined Port in the summer of 2016 having previously played for the club between 2010-12.Left the club in 2012 to play for Holyhead Hotspurs and later moved to Caernarfon Town. On his return he quickly re-established himself as a key creative midfielder with his ability to quickly turn defence into attack .he has pace, excellent distribution and can score with some cracking shorts from distance. He has played 55(+9) HGA games for Port.

Ifan Emlyn Midfielder

Joined Port in July 2017 from Bangor City where he starred for their succesful U19's. A young talented player ,technically gifted midfielder with a wide range of passing and can strike goals from distance with his left foot. Spent time with Port Academy before moving to Bangor  where he was a member of Wales Academy U18 squad and represnted Welsh Colleges U18's.

Dan Dascalu Midfielder

Joined Port in June 2018 from CPD Llanuwchllyn. A young player of great promise who is a product of the Bala Town Academy. He was given a first team contract at Bala at 16 years old . He represented Wales at U18 level and was a member of the Wales Academy squad. A creative versatile midfielder who can play anywhere across the midfield.

Warren Duckett Midfielder.

Joined Port in July 2018 from Denbigh town where he spent five seasons. A midfield playmaker who also contributes goals. His former clubs include Lex Xl and Bala Town with whom he gained WPL experience after helping them to win the Welsh Alliance in 2010. He has also represented Cefn Druids.

Shaun Cavanagh Midfielder.

Joined Port in July 2018 from Caernarfon Town. Attacking midfielder previously played for Llandudno. A product of the Bangor City Academy and after a successful period with the U19's he was promoted to Bangor Citys first team in 2014 and in total has played 13 (+36) WPL games scoring 6 goals . Has represented Wales at U18 schools and also college level.

Joe Chaplin Forward

The highly rated striker who joined Port in June 2017 having netted an impressive 16 goals in 20 games for relegated Conwy Borough last season. Joe attended Cardiff Mets between 2011 and 2014 contributing to their back-to-back Welsh league (south) promotions. Following the completion of his degree, he played for Glan Conwy before joining Conwy Borough. He signed for Llandudno in January 2017 but returned to finish the season with Conwy. Played at U16 level for Llandudno,Was Porthmadpog top scorer in the 2017-18 season.

Julian Williams Forward

Joined Port in August 2016 after spending a season on loan from Rhyl FC in 2015/16. He made his first team debut for Rhyl in April 2015. A quick, skilful forward with a dangerous left foot shot. Has a great attitude and works hard for the team. He spent most of 2014/15 season on loan at Holyhead Hotspur and also spent time on loan with Holywell Town. His former clubs include Llandudno and Llanrwst United.

Dale Davis Forward

Joined Port in June 2018 following a successful seasons with Brickfield Rangers in the Wrexham area WNL. Big and strong and powerful in the air he has a proven goalscoring record and has been key member of his fromer club's attacking line-up for serveral seasons in 2017/18 when Brickfield came close to securing promotion, he netted 13 league goals.

Sion Edwards Forward / Midfielder

Joined Port in December 2017 from Bangor City with whom he had an outstanding playing career making 232 (+93) WPL appearances scoring 58 goals, A left sided player who was played as a winger,as well as awing back,in his 16 games for Port last season.Scored a remarkable winning goal  from 40 yards to win the Cymru Alliance game against Rhyl.FC.

Craig Papirnyk Manager

In 2016/17 Craig led Port to their best finish since 2012.Craig joined Porthmadog in August 2013 as a player and later player coach from his home town club Barmouth and Dyffryn FC. In May 2014 he succeeded Gareth Parry as club manager and went on to enjoy an outstanding first season in that role. He immediately set about rebuilding the squad and the coaching team, proving that he possessed an exceptional eye for talent and brought in several young players who have gone on to make their mark at the Traeth. He has shown a keen tactical brain and his excellent man management has enabled him to get the very best out of a small squad. Craig’s previous clubs also include Bala Town and Ruthin Town and as a 22 year-old player-manager he lead Barmouth to the Gwynedd League title in 2006/07, taking the club into the third tier of Welsh football for the first time in 35 years

Guy Handscombe

Guy is a key figure in Craig’s backroom staff since joining Port in September 2014. He combines duties as assistant manager and academy director. He holds a coaching position with the Welsh Football Trust and is the Football Development Officer for the NWCFA area. He is an experienced, highly motivated and qualified coach having been Academy Director, Community Officer and Reserve team manager with a number of clubs including, Bala Town, Cefn Druids and Wrexham FC. He holds an UEFA ‘A’ Licence and is a Level One and Level Two FAW Coach Educator. He has also worked with North Wales Regional Squads. In his playing career his former clubs include Penley, Rhos Aelwyd and Gresford and he had trials with Shrewsbury Town
